At superbat.net, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@superbat.net. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Fees
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, Superbat will cover the shipping cost.
- Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, the customer will be responsible for paying the actual shipping costs.
5. Refunds & Processing Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
